In my Favorite iPhone Apps post I mentioned and linked to a what I thought was a great game, and it still is. What they were doing with you information in the background was the problem. My understanding is the game would look at you contacts list for friends playing nearby, however the game would send this information over the air unencrypted to their servers behind your back. So now I would not recommend downloading it and If it is on your device I would remove it. I am sorry for this inconvenience.
